The two major causes of stress for business owners are people and money. In fact, it might be fair to say that about life too ???? Marketing, marketing They say feedback is the breakfast of champions. In my experience it’s true. In fact, I believe most people want to know how they are doing. If we don’t know how we are doing then we can start to lose momentum because we don’t know if what we are doing is working or adding value. Our subconscious can start to think “what’s the point of doing this? No-one is noticing”.Working smarter not harder is a good saying, but it’s sometimes easier said than done.

When you are in the thick of it, it’s often easier just to put your head down, work some extra hours and ‘get it done’.

While there are certainly times for that – if that’s your default response to being busy – it may also be a sure path to burnout.

In this edition we are looking at ways to increase efficiency through clear and simple workflows. Workflows are a visual map of the steps involved in getting a task done consistently in the smartest way possible.

A good workflow gets the results you need with as few steps as possible, the least amount of work, and never compromises quality.

If you know you have room for improvement on how your business operates in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, you’ll enjoy this issue.

Cheers
